Ninja Bowl Food Truck: The Best Japanese Street Food In Columbus
Ninja Bowl is a popular food truck in Columbus, Ohio, that serves up a variety of delicious, Japanese-inspired “power bowls” that are packed with fresh veggies, lean protein, and wholesome grains. Each bowl is expertly crafted by the Ninja Bowl team, who take great care in selecting the highest-quality ingredients and preparing them to perfection.
I have had the opportunity to try out Ninja Bowl’s food truck on several occasions and they do not disappoint. The staff is super friendly, and each bowl is packed with flavor and fresh ingredients.
From time to order, to the time the food comes out ready to eat is about 5 minutes. All food is prepared onsite while you wait.

Ninja Bowl’s Menu and ordering process is simple. There are four food bowls to choose from and 3 optional side dishes you can add on for an additional cost. Each bowl can be made mild or spicy.
Ninja ‘Bowls’
The Chicken Bowl
This bowl contains grilled chicken (Babekyu e.g. Barbeque style) served on rice with veggies and drizzled with teriyaki sauce.
The Beef Bowl
This bowl contains grilled beef, served over rice, veggies and drizzled with teriyaki sauce.
The Tofu Bowl
This bowl contains grilled tofu, served over rice, veggies and drizzled with teriyaki sauce.
The Veggie Bowl
This bowl contains grilled veggies, served over rice, spring roll and drizzled with teriyaki sauce.
Ninja ‘Side Dishes’
Ninja Bowl’s food truck currently offers three side dishes. My favorite is Hara Maki, which are their Japanese spring rolls. My next favorite is Edamame, which are steamed soy beans sprinkled with salt. I have not tried their Gyoza, commonly known as Pot Stickers.
