The 2023 Columbus Greek Festival will be held Labor Day weekend (9-1-2023 to 9-4-2023) at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in downtown Columbus. This annual tradition is celebrating its 50th year!
Attending the festival immerses you in a cultural experience that allows you to “live Greek for a weekend.”
The Columbus Greek Festival is a vibrant display and celebration of Greek culture and the Orthodox Christian faith. During the four-day event, you will learn and experience Greek heritage and traditions that are centuries old yet still contemporary in their focus.
The festival is renowned for showcasing Greek cuisine, live music, and dance performances. Visitors can get a glimpse into the rich tapestry of Greek culture by touring the cathedral, exploring exhibits, and shopping for unique items in the festival shops.
The festival will provide a la carte food lines for an indoor dining experience and outdoor food tents. Be sure to try the Moussaka, Pastitsio, Greek Salad, and Spanakopita, and pick up Souvlaki, Loukaniko, Gyro, and Pastries if dining in one of the fast food tents.
There will also be a Greek Festival Taverna where you can try more food options, and Greek beer and listen to the lively sounds of a live bouzouki player.
The Columbus Greek Festival is more than just a weekend event; it’s an opportunity to connect with a fun community and experience the enduring charm of Greek culture.

Admission is valid for the entire weekend!
Parking
The best place to park is in any of the nearby lots surrounding the Convention Center. There are numerous surface lots and parking garages to choose from that are a short walk to and from the festival.
